Phaze is dedicated to providing sensual romance stories and novels to fans of erotic romance. As we are the primary point of sale for downloadable electronic books, we do collect some personal information from customers, which includes some or all of the following: name and address, e-mail, and phone. All information collected is to serve our purposes; we do not sell or distribute such information to other parties. Our merchant bank or PayPal collects payment information, which is not made available to us.

Customer Service Policy

Regarding eBooks: All sales are final, regardless of download or disk. As we are unable to confirm an eBook has not been opened after purchase, it is impossible for Phaze to accept such a return. If you have concerns, we invite you to contact Phaze before making a purchase.

For returns on print books, please contact Phaze for more information.

If you have made a purchase through the Phaze Books cart and received no response, please read the instructions below before contacting us. If you are unable to open our files, please read below.

Every customer purchasing an eBook directly from Phaze's main cart will receive their download link at the bottom of the confirmation page in checkout and in a download link in their e-mail. Customers who do not immediately receive a link are advised to check spam, bulk, and junk mail folders before contacting Phaze. There are normally three reasons why the e-mail will not immediately arrive in your inbox:

• Your e-mail provider viewed our mail as SPAM and filtered it. To prevent this from happening, set all phaze.com addresses as friendly senders.
• You paid with a credit card through Paypal. In some cases, Paypal may hold a payment before it is confirmed. When this happens, our cart will hold the mail with the links until the payment is completely processed. If you are not sure this happened in your case, contact Phaze.
• You entered an incorrect e-mail address when you filled out your order. This does happen - it only takes a missing letter or a typo in your e-mail address for your order mail to bounce. Please check your e-mail address when you enter in our cart to make sure it is correct.

For the time being, our books are downloaded as ZIP files. We will begin to offer individual files for download starting in May, 2009. Until then, if you are unable to open a ZIP file we suggest the following:

• Download the freeware SETUP UnZip HERE. This is an executable file that will install a program used to unzip zipped files.
• Take your purchase to WOBZip, an online site that unzips files without requiring purchase of software.

Customers are not permitted to post Phaze eBooks on the Internet, distribute Phaze eBooks free or for compensation, loan copies to friends, or make copies with the intent to distribute or sell. Any of these actions are considered copyright violations. The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any copyrighted work is illegal. Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without monetary gain, is investigated by the FBI and is punishable by up to 5 years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000.

The mere act of viewing pages on this site will not cause private information about you to be recorded. The ISP that hosts this site does maintain statistics, which are collected to provide statistical information about server usage, and to plan for future capacity. This information is never provided to third parties.

In accordance with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act, all persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to view anything on this site without their parents' or legal guardians' consent.
